Nature Camp: Introduction to Bushcraft

This summer come to the library and learn basic survival and bushcraft skills. We will practice friction fires, water purification and decontamination, cordage construction, wild food identification and more. As a final project, we will construct our own fishing nets out of natural materials. Dress for the weather and dress to get dirty.

Ages 7 years to 13. Older siblings, parents and caregivers are welcome to stay and observe.

Nature Camp: Bushcraft will be held weekly from Friday mornings 10:30am -12:00pm, July 13th through August 31st.

Registration is required and limited.  Registration will be for all weeks,  If you miss a week, don't worry -  we can keep you up to date if we know in advance!
