Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau conducts a census to count every person living in the United States. Each home will receive an invitation to respond to a short questionnaire—online, by phone, or by mail. All households should complete and submit their census questionnaire by Census Day, April 1 2020. 

Stop into any NOPL location to use our WiFi or computers to complete your questionnaire. Staff will be on hand to provide assistance using computers and navigating the Census website, and refreshments will be available.
