"Encore! Creative Aging: Learn the Basics of Watercolor"

This is an 8-week beginner watercolor class for ages 50+. Space is limited, so registration is required. The class will meet on Friday mornings at 10 am starting March 30 - May 18th (Different location for class on Friday, May 4th - TBA) with a reception on Saturday, May 19th.  Classes are taught by Laurie Schillawski, local art mentor.


Begin your journey into watercolor the right way. Learn about paints, tools, and techniques to build a solid foundation from which you will be able to start creating your own beautiful watercolor paintings. Come join us as we take an adventure into the unique medium of watercolor painting. These classes are fun and interactive.

  5. Create a painting

All materials will be provided; however, if you wish to use your own materials you are welcome to bring them.
